Ranking Questions For Friends

You prepare your RankFour questions at the start. Use these ideas as a starting point, or ask about something only the two of you know.

What would they choose for breakfast?

Rank these breakfast foods from favourite to least favourite: Pancakes, Waffles, French toast and Porridge.

You could also ask which foods you find most comforting or easiest to make. Make the ranking direction clear so your friend can predict all four positions.

Which drink would they order?

Rank these warm drinks by how often you drink them, most often first: English breakfast tea, Earl Grey tea, Green tea and Peppermint tea.

Think about what your friend usually drinks. Their habits can give you a different order from their favourites.

Where would they go next?

Rank these European destinations in the order you would like to visit them: London, Paris, Rome and Barcelona.

You can agree on first place and still disagree on the rest. In RankFour, each choice in the correct position earns one point.

Make the round your own

Before play begins, both players prepare their questions and four different choices in ranked order. Ask about favourites, everyday habits, shared memories or plans. Keep the wording clear about what goes first and last.

Your name badge always stays in the question. Add text before or after it and check the preview. For example, Rank Alex's favourite breakfasts, favourite first tells your friend whose preferences to predict.

Use the round arrows to change when a question is played, and drag or move choices to change your secret ranking. X buttons clear individual fields. Lock In All Rounds saves your questions privately; your friend sees each question only when that round opens. Tied totals ask you both for one fresh question each.

RankFour works with exactly two players. Invite a friend, partner or family member and take turns guessing. There is no single correct preference: your friend's submitted order is the answer for that round.
